Armored draisine Tatra T18

What to do with an old beer can? To release or build something from it. I decided to build an armored draisine Tatra T18 in the scale 1-220. These draisines were used by the Polish army in the September campaign 1939 as a reconnaissance vehicles of some armored trains.

For construction, I printed these parts on a scale and glued them to the straightend can, then engraved imitation rivets, cut and bent them into the right angle.

　　

I made towers and glued armor plates on the front and top. I made an imitation of the chassis, lamps, MGs rails and a crank. The ready model is 1,5 cm long.

And this one is captured by germans in 1939.
